This company is fantastic ! Our first install was back in 2007, the second a couple years later. Last week we called about a minor issue that we could not figure out. Today, John , the president and CEO of the company came down to Ithaca and resolved our issue with professionalism and courtesy. That is what is called service ! Also very clean and tidy, you would never know he was here. He even stayed for a cup of coffee, sharing friendship only found in a smaller and local company. They, and John, deserve all the business sent their way !

We had our full bathroom redone a few years ago and it came out exactly the way we envisioned it. From consultation to completion the whole process went smoothly. Dave and his co worker did a great job on the installation of my new shower. They showed up on time and worked the whole day! We had our dated blue bathtub refinished by Bath Renew to a nice fresh white a few years ago. It is still beautiful - the finish has stayed just as nice as the day it was done and is easy to clean. A great value for our home improvement dollars!
Duration of installation was great, and the crew was very clean and courteous. Cleanliness was a high level of concern for the crew, and in the end it was a very good job. Excellent response time to our non-emergency call for service on our existing 13 year old tub enclosures (2). Cody was on time, professional, very courteous, clean and friendly. He did as we requested and also provided some additional suggestions. Rates are very reasonable. The enclosures are as good now as they were 13 years ago.
We had our shower in our master bath replaced about a year ago. Fantastic job and we're still very happy Bath Renew completed the job. Recently, my wife noticed a bit of caulk getting loose (probably from my aggressive use of a squeegee which so easily wipes down the smooth acrylic walls after a shower). Two team members, including Cory, who did the original installation, came out, quickly stripped the old caulk and replaced it with the matching color. They were quick, polite, and professional. If I have any future needs for bathroom installation work, I would look forward to working with them, again.

Excellent work all the way down to perfect caulking. Could not be happier with the results. Had two bathrooms redone that replaced the bathtubs and surrounds. Plumbing was updated and all work completed by the end of the week with minimal intrusion. Definitely recommend!
John and his installers were great through the entire process. Plumbing was updated and they worked through any issue that came up. They did exactly what they said they would and have continued to be available if needed. I'm enjoying my updated bathroom much better than our dingy 70's-style bathroom... and I'm glad to have all new equipment and not just stuck over the old stuff!
We could not be happier with the job done by Bath Renew. John Patchett and his entire staff could not have been more professional, prompt and friendly. They were very flexible with our schedule to complete the project. The final result was just as, if not better than we had hoped. We needed this done to possibly accommodate a mobility impaired family member. Several months after completion, an Occupational Therapist was at our home and after looking at the shower said..'This is an OT's dream.' We would definitely use Bath Renew again. Very impressed!!!

I could not be more pleased with every aspect of our Bath Renew experience. In our 1868 home there are few right angles or level floors, but you would never know it to look at our awesome new shower! Our installers, Cory and Dave, did an excellent job making sure that our old house issues were addressed, not just covered over. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is considering a bathroom remodel.
Hired them to replace old fiberglass tub in master bath with shower unit. They designed a much bigger set-up which we couldn't be happier with. Workmanship and quality of products used is top notch. In fact we were so pleased we hired them 3 months later to replace our spare bathroom unit. What was also important to me was that they didn't just install new over the old, but removed everything right down to the studs and replaced with new. That way I knew for certain there wasn't hidden mold or damage they were just covering up!!

We met a company owner at the NYS Home and Garden Show. The company salesman came to our home and answered our questions. Within a couple of weeks two very polite and professional staff members carefully deconstructed the old shower doors, walls, floor, valve, copper pipes and drain. They carefully re-built the floor, walls, drain, plumbing and doors with all new modern and eye-pleasing materials we had picked out before the project started. I enjoyed my 1st new shower experience today and am pleased with results of their hard work. I highly recommend Bath Renew!
We had a tub, shower, and piping installed. The price was surprisingly reasonable and the installers, Pat and David were a notch above excellent. Cory was so thorough and able to define all selection options making our decisions more confidently The overall experience far exceeded our expectations and the daily cleanup is super. I will have them come back to install the remaining upgrades I would recommend this company unconditionally.

John came by several times to go over the bathroom remodel. We had our floor, shower and vanity replaced. We had a little miscommunication in the beginning but John explained and cleared it up. The price was a little expensive but we are satisfied with the end product. The Installers were very proffesional. The overall experience was good.

We had a great experience with Bath Renew from the very beginning of our shower remodel. Options were thoroughly reviewed during our free consultation. We felt that we were really listened to and not pushed to consider options out of our budget. Financing process was quick and easy. On installation day, the 2 person crew arrived on time and prepared for demo by putting coverings over the entire floor area from our front door to the upstairs bathroom. Our house is over 100 yrs old and nothing is quite square, which made installation take 2 days instead of one. Noting that they could have 'rushed it' and gotten it to look 'ok,' we were pleased that the time was taken to do the job right. There is not one edge or trim piece that doesn't look perfect! That attention to detail is very much appreciated. We highly recommend Bath Renew!

Between our home, and our camp on oneida lake, we've had three bathrooms done by Bath Renew. They have a very knowledgable staff, well versed installers, and a wide variety of quality products. In our master bath, we had them refurbish an old claw foot tub, ceramic tile floor, and put a new shower stall. Our main bath was a full acrylic tub and wall system with a beautiful vinyl floor. And at our camp, we had a deep soaker tub with beautiful acrylic walls installed. High end product, and great customer service! Would highly recommend!

We had a tub converted into a walk in shower. The guys were very neat and clean. They came in and had the job completed in a day. They all were very friendly and easy to talk to. I will use them in the future and strongly recommend them to people.
