Dave and his co worker did a great job on the installation of my new shower. They showed up on time and worked the whole day! The job was scheduled at a very convenient time for me and was sooner than originally quoted. It was completed in a day and a half and everything was cleaned up when they left. From first measurement at our home to design in their showroom to install, the whole company was great to work with. What an amazing family owned company, It was always a pleasure working and/or speaking with John, Danielle, Cory and Dave. We had a very small, very disgusting bathroom that needed all the help it could get and by the time they were done, I could not believe it was the same area. Fast, clean, efficient in everything they do. The financing was so easy, planning out the work to be done and the supplies to use was so much fun and each night I came home, I was thrilled with the progress and the work. We had our dated blue bathtub refinished by Bath Renew to a nice fresh white a few years ago. It is still beautiful - the finish has stayed just as nice as the day it was done and is easy to clean. A great value for our home improvement dollars!
Duration of installation was great, and the crew was very clean and courteous. Cleanliness was a high level of concern for the crew, and in the end it was a very good job. The reason for us bringing Bathrenew is, they did a tub and surround ten years ago, and we were extremely happy with the result back then. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent response time to our non-emergency call for service on our existing 13 year old tub enclosures (2). Cody was on time, professional, very courteous, clean and friendly. He did as we requested and also provided some additional suggestions. Rates are very reasonable. The enclosures are as good now as they were 13 years ago.
We had our shower in our master bath replaced about a year ago. Fantastic job and we're still very happy Bath Renew completed the job. Recently, my wife noticed a bit of caulk getting loose (probably from my aggressive use of a squeegee which so easily wipes down the smooth acrylic walls after a shower). Two team members, including Cory, who did the original installation, came out, quickly stripped the old caulk and replaced it with the matching color. They were quick, polite, and professional. If I have any future needs for bathroom installation work, I would look forward to working with them, again.

There was numerous choices with regards to color and style, and the finish product looks incredible. I could not be more pleased with every aspect of our Bath Renew experience. In our 1868 home there are few right angles or level floors, but you would never know it to look at our awesome new shower! Our installers, Cory and Dave, did an excellent job making sure that our old house issues were addressed, not just covered over. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is considering a bathroom remodel.
Hired them to replace old fiberglass tub in master bath with shower unit. They designed a much bigger set-up which we couldn't be happier with. Workmanship and quality of products used is top notch. In fact we were so pleased we hired them 3 months later to replace our spare bathroom unit. What was also important to me was that they didn't just install new over the old, but removed everything right down to the studs and replaced with new. That way I knew for certain there wasn't hidden mold or damage they were just covering up!!

We met a company owner at the NYS Home and Garden Show. The company salesman came to our home and answered our questions. Within a couple of weeks two very polite and professional staff members carefully deconstructed the old shower doors, walls, floor, valve, copper pipes and drain. They carefully re-built the floor, walls, drain, plumbing and doors with all new modern and eye-pleasing materials we had picked out before the project started. I enjoyed my 1st new shower experience today and am pleased with results of their hard work. I highly recommend Bath Renew!

We had a great experience with Bath Renew from the very beginning of our shower remodel. Options were thoroughly reviewed during our free consultation. We felt that we were really listened to and not pushed to consider options out of our budget. Financing process was quick and easy. On installation day, the 2 person crew arrived on time and prepared for demo by putting coverings over the entire floor area from our front door to the upstairs bathroom. Our house is over 100 yrs old and nothing is quite square, which made installation take 2 days instead of one. Noting that they could have 'rushed it' and gotten it to look 'ok,' we were pleased that the time was taken to do the job right. There is not one edge or trim piece that doesn't look perfect! That attention to detail is very much appreciated. We highly recommend Bath Renew!

They took my bathroom all the way down to the floor joists, replaced them and leveled the floor. The shower will be great for us to get in and out of. Overall an amazing experience from start to finish.

Between our home, and our camp on oneida lake, we've had three bathrooms done by Bath Renew. They have a very knowledgable staff, well versed installers, and a wide variety of quality products. In our master bath, we had them refurbish an old claw foot tub, ceramic tile floor, and put a new shower stall. Our main bath was a full acrylic tub and wall system with a beautiful vinyl floor. And at our camp, we had a deep soaker tub with beautiful acrylic walls installed. High end product, and great customer service! Would highly recommend!
We recently had our full bathroom fully remodeled by Bath Renew and went with John's recommendations for cabinetry and hardware. Cory and crew gutted our bathroom on one day and by the end of the next day we had a beautiful bathroom that exceeded our exceptions. Awesome job
We had a tub converted into a walk in shower. The guys were very neat and clean. They came in and had the job completed in a day. They all were very friendly and easy to talk to. I will use them in the future and strongly recommend them to people.
We recently had Bath Renew convert our full bath w/tub into a walk in shower with glass doors. What an incredible transformation! The quality of materials and workmanship were way beyond our expectations. The total job took about 2 1/2 days from demo to finish. Great Job!
